1 Definitions and Scope of Agreement

In this document, "tab66", "we", "platform" and "website" refer to tab66 and all services offered under the domain tab66.best. "User", "you" or "member" refers to any individual who registers or uses tab66 services.

3 Account Registration and Management

3.2 Password Security

3.3 Account Closure

Users may request account closure at any time by contacting tab66 customer support. Any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal once the withdrawal requirements are met.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal

tab66 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH.

4.1 Minimum Limits

The minimum deposit per transaction is RM20, while the minimum withdrawal is RM100. These limits apply to all payment methods without exception.

4.2 Processing Time

Deposits are usually credited instantly or within a short time depending on the chosen method. Withdrawals will be processed within 1 hour after the request is verified by the tab66 team.

4.3 Identity Verification for Withdrawals

Before processing a first-time withdrawal, tab66 reserves the right to request identity verification to ensure account security. Withdrawals may only be made to an account or e-wallet registered under the same name as the tab66 account.

5 Bonus and Promotions

tab66 offers various bonuses to members, subject to specific terms set for each promotion.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible for a welcome bonus of 100% match on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,500. For example, if you deposit RM100, you will receive a RM100 bonus bringing your balance to RM200, with a wagering requirement of RM1,000 (RM100 × 10). If you deposit RM3,200, the maximum bonus is RM1,500 bringing the balance to RM4,700, with a wagering requirement of RM15,000 (RM1,500 × 10).

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The bonus amount received must be wagered 10 times before any winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn. Bets placed using the main deposit funds do not count towards the bonus wagering requirement.

5.3 Bonus Abuse Prohibition

Any attempt to manipulate the bonus system, including using multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, is prohibited. tab66 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and related winnings if abuse is detected.

5.4 VIP Programme

Active members are automatically eligible for the tab66 VIP programme, which consists of four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Each tier provides weekly cashback benefits: Bronze up to 0.2%, Silver up to 0.4%, Gold up to 0.6%, and Platinum up to 0.8%. Tier advancement is determined by player activity and loyalty over time.

6 Game Rules

tab66 offers various game categories including online slots, live casino, sports betting and crash games. Each game category has specific rules that players must follow.

Game results are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical error verified by the tab66 technical team. In the event of a dispute, tab66 reserves the right to determine the appropriate outcome based on system logs.

7 User Responsibilities

Users are fully responsible for all activities carried out through their accounts. These responsibilities include:

10 Account Suspension and Closure

tab66 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• The user is found to be using multiple accounts to obtain bonuses.
• The user is found to be using automation software or dishonest methods during play.
• Information provided during registration is found to be false or misleading.

In cases of account suspension due to a terms violation, tab66 reserves the right to hold the account balance while an investigation is carried out. If the violation is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited.
